HOW IT WORKS -

Home management & maintenance visits can be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or as needed basis.

During our initial visit I will “shadow” you so I can learn your home, routines, unique needs and family systems. From there, I create a checklist and “Household Manual” that is completely unique and curated for you and your home. This ensures I can support you with consistency and care, while focusing on what matters to you.

Investment Fee: $60/Hour

4-Hour Minimum

*Mileage fee will be applied to any travel outside of Monmouth County, in accordance with the current IRS Standard Mileage Rate. Additional mileage fee may apply for errands and drop-offs beyond 15-mile area.

Additional Services -

• Project & Contractor Management

  • On-sight management support for any home repairs, renovations and home projects. You go about your normal routine while I provide the oversight.

  • You'll receive a daily report including status updates on your home project, which contractors were on your property, and any additional notes or updates you should be aware of.

• Holidays, Special Occasions and In-Home Events

  • Full-Service Support for the Planning, Preparation, Coordination and Oversight of In-Home Events and Celebrations

  • Day-of Support and Coordination

  • Liaison & Point-of-Contact for Event Vendors (florists, catering, rentals, entertainment, etc.)

  • Personalized Gift Sourcing & Wrapping for Holidays, Special Occasions, Birthdays, and Anniversaries

• Vacation & Secondary Home Support Services

  • Perfect for those who want their vacation/second homes to feel perfectly prepared and ready as soon as you walk in the door. We can stock the fridge & pantry, ensure the home is prepped and ready for your first day and report any maintenance or general home issues that may need to be addressed before your arrival.

• Absentee Owner Support

  • Comprehensive support for second or vacation homeowners, frequent travelers and busy families. We provide routine home check-ins, mail/package collection, trash management, walk-throughs and check-ins.
